Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and communicate On’s values in team and customer interactions.
  • •Oversee cash handling and standardized operating procedures, including opening/closing tills and POS systems.
  • •Follow store procedures for opening/closing and loss prevention standards.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical product information and stay updated on On’s global activities.
  • •Coach the team to ensure high standards of technical product knowledge and customer engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • •Background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred but not required.
  • •Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently and as part of a team.
  • •Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
