Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support including contracts, COIs, and expense management.
  • •Coordinate facility requests and office repairs with partner teams as needed.
  • •Maintain and distribute event calendars, track event budgets, support swag operations, and source/onboard vendors and venues.
