Accounting Manager II

Manage complex accounting projects and ensure accurate accounting records, financial statements, and month-end reporting. Oversee daily entries, account monitoring, reconciliations, and documentation of G/L transactions, while standardizing recurring entries across affiliates. Ensure compliance with Bancorp accounting policies and GAAP, assist with accounting policy development, and analyze new accounting standards. Lead supervisory responsibilities including staffing, training, performance management, and coordination of month-end activities across departments.
