Key Responsibilities

  • •Own procurement KPIs for Commercial HVAC, including productivity, supplier rationalization, risk management, supplier quality, and on-time delivery, intervening on target deviations.
  • •Manage multiple procurement projects with interfunctional teams to implement productivity and continuous-improvement initiatives, including NPD, source changes, and VAVE programs.
  • •Monitor project execution, update progress, remove blockers, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • •Identify gaps versus objectives and develop corrective actions in collaboration with involved teams to close gaps and exceed targets.
  • •Ensure alignment between procurement strategy and Operations, Marketing, and Engineering; define supplier strategies using RFx and manage supplier business reviews.

Salary: EUR 35,100 - 50,610 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in structured industrial companies in areas such as procurement, engineering, project management, quality, finance, and/or operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement processes across both operational and strategic/managerial levels.
  • •Proven experience evaluating, negotiating, and managing suppliers.
  • •Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and manage multiple activities in complex contexts, with proactive issue resolution.
  • •Good proficiency with IT/tools and professional industry software.
