Affirm Bank Strategic Finance Manager

Lead strategic FP&A for Affirm Bank during its formation, reporting to the Bank CFO. Build and grow the Bank’s FP&A function, owning end-to-end forecasting and budgeting, developing complex financial models, and running capital stress testing and monitoring. Drive performance management through variance diagnosis and forward-looking insights, provide strategic decision support with executive-ready narratives, and partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial workflows.
