Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the Bank strategic finance team, including recruitment, coaching, and establishment of the FP&A function.
  • •Own end-to-end forecasting and budgeting, aligning plans to organizational goals and providing rigorous financial analysis for decision-making.
  • •Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
  • •Oversee capital stress testing and ongoing monitoring, partnering cross-functionally to validate inputs and pressure-test key drivers.
  • •Monitor performance vs. forecasts, diagnose variances and root causes, and deliver executive-ready narratives and decision support (including P&L implications).
