Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Project Management Commissions with end-to-end service delivery for large or complex projects
  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects delivered on time, within cost, and to quality standards
  • •Establish project governance, processes and systems; prepare and maintain master project plan and schedules
  • •Develop and implement resource plans and procurement; lead cross-functional project teams
  • •Monitor performance using KPIs, manage change control, budgets and forecast vs actuals, and risk mitigation

Key Requirements

  • •Candidates will ideally be degree qualified (Civil Engineering)
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •Preferred if chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional project teams
  • •Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget
