Lead the delivery of water infrastructure CEI projects in Chicago, providing technical direction, mentoring staff, and coordinating field supervision to ensure on-time, on-budget results. Manage client relationships, document progress, review submittals, RFIs, and invoices, and drive QA and issue resolution across a consultant team. Focus on safety, quality, and successful project closeout.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day leadership and delivery from Pre-Construction through closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
•Review and route project deliverables including submittals, RFIs, work plans, schedules, and meeting minutes to verify contract compliance and provide client recommendations.
•Coordinate contractors' work activities, chair internal and external project meetings, and participate in contractor invoice reviews to maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
•Assist in project closeout activities, including processing documentation, warranties, OMs, punch lists, and final change management and invoicing, and maintain logs and reports for project reporting.
•Interact with construction contractors to perform Quality Assurance inspections and support client interactions across internal and external stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS +6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Valid Driver License
•Water Distribution Construction Experience
•OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certificates
•Professional Engineer License
