Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leadership to execute the organization’s HR and talent strategy across recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • •Lead onboarding and induction coordination, including training coordination at the headquarters.
  • •Create and deliver learning and development interventions based on training need identification.
  • •Manage HR data in Workday and provide ongoing support to employees and managers.
  • •Ensure legal compliance and contribute to HR projects and HR process design (e.g., Great Place to Work certification, POSH, PF, PT, ESIC).
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR.
  • •Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn the organization’s HRIS.
  • •English spoken and written is required.
