Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks, ensuring outputs meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • •Support developing, building, and testing new products, prototypes, or processes; operate equipment in-factory or remotely.
  • •Collect and evaluate operating data, adjust equipment, and optimize production efficiency.
  • •Set up and operate equipment following SOPs and good manufacturing practices; support installation, maintenance, and training of production equipment.
  • •Maximize equipment utilization and automated systems; work with Manufacturing Operations Manager and team to meet output requirements and escalate issues when needed.
