•Help salons optimize their profiles using Fresha tools to maximize revenue.
•Manage a portfolio of clients (Partners) and provide tailored consultation.
•Maintain outstanding customer experience through video calls and clear communication of Fresha features.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as an Account Manager
•Ability to adapt and achieve targets
•Experience using and analyzing data and reports to improve performance
•Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to learn and continuously improve
•Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Chinese and Spanish OR Italian OR Portuguese (advanced English desirable)
