Job Summary

Own and grow relationships with Premier clients within International Wealth and Premier Banking, meeting KPI and Country AOP targets through development of existing and new relationships. Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and recommend appropriate wealth management products and services. Use client relationship management data to maintain accurate records, monitor client satisfaction, and manage lending facilities and operational risk in line with HSBC policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Support achievement of Country AOP and deliver KPI objectives through development of existing and new client relationships.
•Build and retain sustainable client relationships by completing regular reviews and advising clients on suitable products and services.
•Maintain Premier client portfolio standards and provide ongoing analysis to market ideas and research clients.
•Monitor sales activity management information and use internal tools to drive client service delivery and coach the wider Branch team.
•Manage lending facilities within approval authority and ensure sales and operations follow HSBC lending guidelines while managing operational risk.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum three years of progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Proven sales results in insurance and investment products, with strong wealth management technical skills.
•Relationship management experience with high net worth clients and strong communication, client focus, and influencing skills.
•Ability to work with Compliance, Credit and Risk/Internal Control; English and local language communication; possession of valid local regulatory licenses as required by HBCN.
