•Lead process development and scale-up for soft magnetic materials and stack component manufacturing for high-performance applications.
•Develop and document design of parts and fixtures used in soft magnetic product production.
•Collaborate with R&D, product design, and quality teams to transition prototypes into scalable manufacturing processes.
•Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows including powder metallurgy, lamination stacking, sintering, and heat treatment.
•Implement SPC and lean manufacturing, evaluate equipment/tooling/automation, and perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions for deviations or quality issues.

Key Requirements

•Experience in automotive, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments.
•Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality systems.
•Knowledge of magnetic characterization techniques and performance testing.
