Drive growth for Visa Commercial Solutions across commercial card and B2B payment flows in the Philippines by leading multi-year strategy, client and C-suite engagements, and end-to-end sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy the multi-year strategy to ensure growth for Visa Commercial Solutions across focus segments and clients.
•Lead client engagements with local sales teams to expand solutions opportunities with new and existing clients.
•Lead executive-level C-suite engagements by tailoring Visa’s value proposition and progressing sales opportunities to close.
•Deliver market-relevant solutions for commercial segments (Large Corporates, Middle Market Enterprise, and Small Businesses) and develop local B2B partnerships to capture new flows.
•Drive portfolio governance and investment decisions, and collaborate across market and regional teams to ensure plan delivery and business growth.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in Commercial Cards and/or Cash Management/transactional banking.
•Minimum 12 years of experience in top-tier financial institutions, payments network, or a financial services firm.
•Demonstrated experience deploying strategy with execution as an individual contributor on key initiatives.
•Deep understanding of B2B payment trends, regulatory environment, and the market landscape within the Philippines.
•Strong experience supporting and influencing FI, non-FI, and Fintech clients and partners.
