Heavy Equipment Operator

Operate heavy equipment for groundwork and construction projects, ensuring safe and efficient performance. Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA requirements, complete pre- and post-operation inspections with documentation, and report issues to site leadership. Assist with minor servicing and maintenance, train less-experienced employees, and maintain predictable attendance while performing day-to-day tasks directed by the foreman at job sites.
