  • •Run a single intake path for product requirements and provide scoped, sized decisions (accept, defer, or decline).
  • •Define operator capabilities before engineering start, including problem/workflow and acceptance criteria for QA integration coverage.
  • •Deconflict competing program demands on shared engineering teams using a written prioritization framework and negotiate integration build order.
  • •Turn field issues into roadmap and test coverage, track delivery commitments against actuals, and brief stakeholders with technical nuance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software product management, technical product ownership, or a closely related role.
  • •Direct ownership of a product roadmap, including the authority and track record to decline work.
  • •Demonstrated ability to write requirements and acceptance criteria engineering and test can execute against.
  • •Experience owning a software product surface dependent on hardware/firmware built by a team you did not control.
  • •Ability to read and navigate codebases and API surfaces well enough to understand what is changing and its cost.
