Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly and quarterly HR auditing to ensure consistency, compliance, and governance.
  • •Track sickness and absence, produce reporting and analysis (including MK and JC Discount reporting).
  • •Monitor team KPIs and manage Workday help queries according to SLAs.
  • •Coordinate product allowance processing and upload for JC Global; support budget administration and annual reporting (including Gender Pay Gap).
  • •Maintain employee files, global trackers and org charts, manage job postings, and coordinate monthly retail timesheet checks.

Salary: GBP 30,000 - 33,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate calibre, preferably working towards CIPD accreditation.
  • •Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • •Highly competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • •Strong organisational skills to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
