Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct troubleshooting support to the manufacturing shop floor and drive improvements for assigned manufacturing processes.
  • •Identify and implement process optimization and process control methods to eliminate quality turn backs/escapes and reduce product costs.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming products using statistical analysis tools.
  • •Lead manufacturing process optimization using MRL tools such as Process Control Plans and PFMEA, and fully document problem statements and recommendations.
  • •Schedule and facilitate periodic project reviews, support the project pipeline to select/prioritize/scope projects, and lead key projects to improve capability and quality performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, or shop-floor environments.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a constantly fluctuating environment.
  • •Experience reading and interpreting complex blueprints.
  • •Experience programming and troubleshooting robots in a manufacturing shop environment (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, Motoman).
