Key Responsibilities

•Create, record and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, institutional communications, events and sales materials
•Develop short videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, WhatsApp and other digital channels
•Participate in ideation of concepts, formats, hooks, scripts and narratives for video content based on audience, channel, objective and funnel stage
•Record materials with a practical, agile approach including videos with people, product demos, tutorials, interviews and case studies
•Edit short and mid-length videos with cuts, captions, music, transitions, simple graphics and CTAs to improve clarity and engagement
•Adapt videos for vertical and horizontal formats across reels, stories, shorts, feeds, ads and internal communications
•Collaborate with Copy, Motion, Design, Growth, Paid Media, Brand, CRM, Sales, CS, Partnerships, HR, Events and GTM to translate briefs into clear, dynamic video content aligned with business goals
•Support recordings of events, webinars, launches, trade shows and internal communications
•Ensure quality from planning to delivery, focusing on framing, lighting, sound, rhythm, captions and brand consistency
•Manage deadlines and prioritization in a high-volume creative production environment

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Publicidade e Propaganda, Cinema e Audiovisual, Produção Multimídia, Comunicação Social or related fields
•Experience as a content creator, videomaker, social media video creator, agency, startup, SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B
•Portfolio with videos for social networks, ads, institutional content, tutorials, interviews or digital campaigns
•Excellent proficiency in Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
•Available for occasional event, campaign, webinar, and launch recordings
