Senior Staff Software Engineer, Perception (R4985)

Develop and deploy state-of-the-art vision, vision-language, and vision-language-action models for autonomous systems. Build scalable data pipelines, supervised fine-tuning workflows, and evaluation loops to continuously improve perception and decision-making on mission-relevant tasks. Optimize model deployment for embedded hardware using ONNX and TensorRT, and translate ML research into robust, production-ready capabilities through close collaboration with perception, autonomy, platform, and software engineering teams.
