Job Summary

Own the marketing data lake end to end, building integrations, bronze/silver/gold models, and Metabase dashboards that power performance measurement and decision-making. Stand up new source connections, design multi-touch attribution and incrementality models, and create trustworthy experimentation infrastructure (holdouts and lift studies). Partner with performance marketing, growth/experimentation, and core data engineering to deliver accurate real-time data and clear analytics for the GTM team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the marketing data lake end to end: integrations, bronze/silver/gold models, dashboards, and downstream data consumption.
•Stand up and maintain source integrations for marketing channels, vendors, and partnerships; write Python when Fivetran can’t.
•Design and maintain attribution and measurement models, including multi-touch attribution, identity resolution, and incrementality.
•Build experimentation infrastructure and run readouts for geo holdouts and conversion lift/incrementality studies with logging and variant tracking.
•Develop LTV, conversion, and channel ROI models and partner with GTM teams to answer data-driven questions clearly.

Key Requirements

•5+ years working on marketing, growth, or revenue data with hands-on exposure to marketing analytics challenges.
•Deep dbt fluency, including shipped production dbt projects and understanding of medallion architecture and model design.
•Hands-on with a modern data lake/warehouse stack (Iceberg, Glue, Fivetran, Metabase), with transferable experience on comparable tools.
•Strong SQL and Python for deep analysis and building integrations where needed.
•Built and maintained marketing attribution and incrementality work (e.g., MTA and testing).
