Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end hiring across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships) and Operations (e.g., Fund Operations, Fund Accounting) across Germany and the UK, with occasional hires in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
  • •Partner with functional and executive leaders to shape demand, challenge role design, set expectations on ownership/timelines/trade-offs, and improve hiring decisions.
  • •Build and close high-quality pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, networks, communities, events, and selective agencies, managing an honest candidate journey through offer.
  • •Lead portfolio planning with clear priorities and forecasts, using evidence on talent supply, compensation, location, competitors, and candidate motivation to recommend sequencing and capacity.
  • •Strengthen hiring quality through disciplined intake, scorecards, interviews, feedback, and closing, and identify friction and process improvements shared with hiring managers and the wider TA team.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant end-to-end recruiting experience across GTM, Operations, and/or Professional Services, including senior or high-impact searches.
  • •Proven ability to source and close hard-to-reach, high-calibre candidates through direct outreach and creative channels.
  • •Experience across multiple functions, markets, or locations, adapting approach to different talent pools and business contexts.
  • •Experience in fintech, fund administration, or professional services, or evidence of quickly building credibility in complex domains.
  • •Practical experience using AI tools in daily recruiting workflows (automation/workflow building is an advantage).
