Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep, data-informed understanding of buyer behavior on Show and translate insights into what makes shows, hosts, or categories successful.
  • •Define brand/enterprise seller value propositions and build playbooks to help hosts plan, run, and optimize shows based on buyer demand.
  • •Create messaging and narrative frameworks across the Show experience, ensuring consistent storytelling across in-product, lifecycle, marketing, and external channels.
  • •Lead GTM strategy for new Show features and enhancements, including positioning, segmentation, rollout plans, experimentation, and launch KPIs.
  • •Establish seller educational programs and trust guidelines, define success metrics, and partner cross-functionally to align onboarding and enablement materials.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a marketplace, social commerce, or live/video commerce company.
  • •Build deep consumer/buyer insight and translate it into seller- or partner-facing strategy and enablement.
  • •Experience creating playbooks or enablement materials for B2B2C partners, brands, or enterprise accounts is a strong plus.
  • •Drive adoption and engagement outcomes for products in early or scaling phases.
  • •Translate complex product mechanics into clear, user-centric value propositions, with comfort using data and analytics to measure impact.
