Install residential solar systems as part of a solar installation construction team, partnering with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete projects. Assemble modules, racking, mounts, and electrical equipment per the project plan, apply weather sealing, and ensure thorough project cleanup at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure personal, crew, and job site safety at all times and participate in training on new products, installation methodology, and safety.
•Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is adequately stocked.
•Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mechanical and structural mounts, electrical equipment, and tools per the project plan.
•Apply weather sealing to roofing structures, buildings, or support mechanisms.
•Perform project cleanup including the client site and installation vehicle to maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
