Head of Project Delivery, Governance & PMO 17 Month Contract

Lead delivery governance and PMO for Zurich’s Business Change Portfolio, driving project delivery excellence across the organization. Own business case development, project mobilisation, delivery assurance, and risk identification and mitigation, including operating model and technology delivery assurance. Manage budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and change portfolio performance while chairing executive governance forums and coordinating stakeholders. Lead and develop a team of 5–7 project managers across multiple change initiatives.
