Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare subcontracts and supporting documentation per departmental policies and FAR/DFAR/ITAR; handle international procurements and supplier RFQs/RFPs.
  • •Perform cost and price analysis, assess supplier proposals, monitor delivery commitments, and ensure contract delivery dates are met.
  • •Administer subcontracts across all program phases (BD, pre-solicitation, proposal, award, post-award, closeout) including negotiation and administration of complex, high-dollar subcontracts.
  • •Support major proposals by requesting, analyzing, and evaluating supplier quotations and negotiating for fair and reasonable prices; ensure compliance with program and subcontract terms.
  • •Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers; participate in supplier reviews and continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Experience in FAR/DFAR/ITAR regulations.
  • •U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
  • •Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Word; strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to manage long-term, complex supplier relationships and work with internal customers (PM, Engineering, Quality, etc.).
