Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage, coach, develop, and support the studio sales team to achieve sales targets and productivity goals.
  • •Train the team on sales, financing, and delivery processes; provide weekly 1:1 coaching and performance management.
  • •Analyze business data to set individual goals, timelines, and target lists, and develop monthly sales attainment plans.
  • •Ensure best-in-class customer experience on the studio floor and during test drives; handle high-potential customers and challenging concerns.
  • •Own studio operations end-to-end from reservation to delivery, including scheduling, merchandising inventory/display, and coordination with retail operations/vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality.

  • •Experience making data-driven decisions and using KPI results to set strategy.
