Job Summary

Provide first-line managed services support for client Collaboration, Contact Centre, and Voice systems. Monitor private and public cloud infrastructure, proactively identify issues, investigate incidents, and restore services while meeting service level agreements. Execute approved maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes, support clients via telephonic/chat when needed, and improve service delivery through knowledge updates and automation of routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the go-to person to keep client Collaboration, Contact Centre, and Voice systems running reliably.
•Monitor client infrastructure continuously and proactively address issues before they escalate.
•Investigate technical incidents to identify root cause and restore services efficiently.
•Perform approved maintenance activities including patching and configuration changes.
•Collaborate across shifts and teams, support clients via telephonic or chat, and improve service delivery through knowledge updates and automation.

Key Requirements

•Basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge of network, voice, collaboration, and contact centre services.
•Ability to triage client cases accurately, documenting severity, impact, and key information.
•Strong communication skills, including active listening to confirm understanding and gather details.
•Flexibility and adaptability in changing circumstances, with a positive, resilient approach under pressure.
•Diploma, bachelor's degree, or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing (or equivalent experience).
