Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine conformity/non-conformity flaws and report results accurately.
  • •Perform NDT examinations of welds and materials (RT, UT, PT, MT) according to the project NDT plan, procedures, code, and contract specifications.
  • •Conduct and record daily calibration of NDT equipment in line with required NDT procedures.
  • •Assess examination results, sentence welds, and report per relevant code/spec acceptance criteria.
  • •Liaise with the assigned QC inspector to determine completion of rectification work.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or relative degree.
  • •1+ year experience as an NDT technician in a relevant discipline.
  • •ASNT, PCN, or CSWIP Level II qualification.
  • •Ability to perform and record daily calibration of NDT equipment according to NDT procedures.
  • •Proficiency in assessing examination results, sentencing welds, and reporting per applicable code/spec acceptance criteria.
