Job Summary

Manage manufacturing test solutions for NVIDIA datacenter system products by partnering with hardware and software teams to define, deploy, and maintain tester platforms across contract manufacturers, internal labs, and third-party sites. •Partner with internal and external hardware and software teams to define, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing test solutions for datacenter products.
•Set up, validate, and support rack-level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs, and third-party test sites.
•Oversee test facility design and development, including air and liquid cooling setup.
•Manage test facility KPIs and plan tester/server hardware and software upgrades across all sites.
•Drive failure analysis for tester/server and internal components, identify root causes, perform repairs, and improve failure Pareto; develop test strategy for new product features.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in PCBA and system products validation.
•BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
•Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and chip-to-system validation.
•Background in production test setup, including failure analysis, problem solving, and ECOs.
•Experience designing, qualifying, and upgrading test fixtures/testers, and system test development (hardware and software).
