  • •Partner with internal and external hardware and software teams to define, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing test solutions for datacenter products.
  • •Set up, validate, and support rack-level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs, and third-party test sites.
  • •Oversee test facility design and development, including air and liquid cooling setup.
  • •Manage test facility KPIs and plan tester/server hardware and software upgrades across all sites.
  • •Drive failure analysis for tester/server and internal components, identify root causes, perform repairs, and improve failure Pareto; develop test strategy for new product features.

Salary: USD 152,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in PCBA and system products validation.
  • •BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and chip-to-system validation.
  • •Background in production test setup, including failure analysis, problem solving, and ECOs.
  • •Experience designing, qualifying, and upgrading test fixtures/testers, and system test development (hardware and software).
