Oversee maintenance, coordinate vendors and contractors, and manage housekeeping and soft services aligned with safety guidelines. Drive contract service delivery performance against SLA/KPIs, maintain monthly operational reporting, coordinate procurement and invoices, and support energy management and improvement projects. Lead staff induction/training and manage site visits.
