Craft end-to-end, customer-centric pro experiences on the Pro Experience team, turning complex marketplace and workflow challenges into elegant, data-informed design solutions. Partner with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to define strategy and roadmap direction, use qualitative and performance insights, prototype rapidly, and iterate through experimentation to improve quality, engagement, and ROI.
