Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to deliver within time and budget constraints.
  • •Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for compliance with design requirements and contractual obligations.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • •Procure materials, equipment, and services and monitor progress and workmanship quality to identify risks or delays early.
  • •Maintain project documentation (reports, drawings, change orders, and RFIs), support cost estimation and budgeting, and coordinate permits and inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years relevant experience.
  • •Proficiency in construction project management methodologies, techniques, and principles.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • •Experience reviewing specifications and ensuring compliance with design requirements, contractual obligations, and building codes.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) and proficiency with project budgeting/cost control responsibilities.
