Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents and third-party contracts, consulting attorneys as needed
  • •Review, redline, and manage template agreements (e.g., NDAs, online banking agreements, ACH service agreements)
  • •Review and approve loan closing packages for funding
  • •Manage subpoenas and legal process responses; support litigation and bankruptcy tasks including document collection and matter tracking
  • •Support legal operations: maintain case files and deadlines, assist with regulatory examinations/audits/compliance initiatives, and provide first-level support and introductory training for legal systems
