•Ensure solutions are intuitive, consistent, and efficient, aligned with business goals and user needs.
•Identify inconsistencies, improvement opportunities, and standardization possibilities holistically across the user experience.
•Contribute to solving complex problems using data, research, and technical criteria for decision-making.
•Act as a reference for innovation by exploring new tools, methodologies, and ways of working to improve team efficiency.
•Drive responsible adoption of AI tools in design processes by training the team in their use.

Key Requirements

•Experience with problem framing, defining objectives, and applying UX methodologies.
•Ability to create user journeys, flows, and storytelling with UI Design principles.
•Practical experience in ideation, prototyping, and validating digital solutions.
•Strong knowledge of usability heuristics and accessibility criteria.
