Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with clients on site to meet complex solution requirements and respond to escalated requests for first-line resolution.
  • •Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and adhere to related processes such as change management.
  • •Escalate unresolved and complex problems to relevant third parties and support client application problem management.
  • •Write reports and proposals and complete and maintain project documentation, including standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
  • •Coach and mentor more junior implementation engineers and technicians, and coordinate engineers’ activities toward performance targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role.
  • •Seasoned experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.
  • •Seasoned project administration and documentation experience, including report writing.
  • •Ability to deliver complex installations and assignments while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/IT, plus specialized training in new and legacy technologies; project management certification is desirable.
