Lead Geologist, II

Oversee multiple exploration and resource development programs, ensuring alignment with Maaden’s growth strategy and business plans. Reporting to the Director, Resource Development, manage drilling programs across assets while enforcing safety, environmental, and governance standards. Coordinate drilling activities, contract management, and equipment selection; analyze and interpret drilling data to support resource estimation, optimization, and development planning. Mentor junior geologists and continuously improve drilling efficiency through updated programs and new information.
