Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of the overall construction effort and progress reporting to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • •Own and manage contracts and budgets for direct contracts, ensuring alignment with cost budgets.
  • •Develop and coordinate detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • •Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations by conducting regular site inspections and audits.
  • •Lead project safety by coordinating safety plans, reviews, and KPI reporting with the client and project team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • •CCM certification preferred.
  • •OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 500/510, BCSP Qualified Credentials (OHST, ASP, CSP, or CHST), and CPR are preferred.
  • •Proven experience in implementing and monitoring project HSE plans or contractor site safety plans.
