•Provide oversight of the overall construction effort and progress reporting to internal teams and stakeholders.
•Own and manage contracts and budgets for direct contracts, ensuring alignment with cost budgets.
•Develop and coordinate detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
•Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations by conducting regular site inspections and audits.
•Lead project safety by coordinating safety plans, reviews, and KPI reporting with the client and project team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
•Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
•CCM certification preferred.
•OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 500/510, BCSP Qualified Credentials (OHST, ASP, CSP, or CHST), and CPR are preferred.
•Proven experience in implementing and monitoring project HSE plans or contractor site safety plans.
