Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead plant safety policies and procedures, including housekeeping, safety engagement, and pre-shift and monthly safety training.
  • •Control process and production workflow to ensure safe and effective equipment utilization and production output.
  • •Coordinate maintenance work and respond to emergencies, serving as first point of contact for hourly employee concerns.
  • •Ensure adherence to departmental quality procedures and monitor process controls and procedures.
  • •Supervise assigned shift employees and complete daily timekeeping, attendance reports, and shift reports accurately.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum HS graduate.
  • •Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in the Paper, Converting or Corrugated industries.
  • •5+ years cylinder type paper machine experience.
  • •Computer experience with Microsoft Office and systems including Oracle/GreyCon, UKG, Aptean, and ParcView.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Paper Science degree preferred).
