Key Responsibilities

  • •Guarantee physical and informational (ERP) movements linked to industrial requests and ensure timely availability of materials/components.
  • •Ensure stock accuracy and reliability, including active customer stock oversight, anomaly zone handling, and inventory execution (rotating and annual) with corrective action plans.
  • •Supervise and coordinate reception, put-away/storage, preparation of OS/OF, APRU supply, and inter-site logistics flows, including cost control and service quality tracking.
  • •Lead the warehouse team (~10 people) via team-leader management, staffing/resource adaptation, coaching, and driving operational rigor and efficiency.
  • •Ensure compliance with QHSE and applicable regulations (including rules for chemical/dangerous products) and drive continuous improvement using lean practices and transformation/digitalization projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Master 2 (BAC+5) in logistics or equivalent (including VAE) and 5–8 years minimum in logistics or industrial functions, including people management.
  • •Proven field experience managing an industrial warehouse, stock management, production/inventory handling, and logistics flows.
  • •Experience in complex supply-chain environments (multi-suppliers, multi-APRU, customer requirements).
  • •Strong proficiency with IT tools: Excel, ERP and/or logistics WMS, and reporting tools (Power BI).
  • •Knowledge of stock/flow management methodologies, traceability, and regulatory QHSE/social requirements; professional English level B2 minimum.
