Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage HSE technical programs focusing on risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning for ADNOC Distribution facilities.
  • •Develop, implement, and audit technical safety standards, procedures, and incident investigation processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and ADNOC safety policies across operations in Abu Dhabi.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional safety reviews, audits, training, and drills with operations and safety teams.
  • •Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •A proven track record in health, safety and environment (HSE) with a focus on risk assessment and management, emergency response, and business continuity planning (BCM).
  • •Experience developing and implementing technical safety standards, procedures, and audits across large facilities or operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to the UAE and oil & gas distribution sectors.
  • •Ability to lead investigations, incident root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking to prevent recurrence.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate with operations, safety teams, and leadership.
