Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategic partnership plans for underwriting agency partners, including growth and performance priorities, governance obligations, and deliverables.
  • •Build and maintain trusted relationships with agency principals, broker leadership teams, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and advocacy.
  • •Lead executive engagement, governance forums, and reporting to review performance, emerging risks, remediation progress, and strategic opportunities.
  • •Monitor agency performance to ensure effective control frameworks, reportability, and continuous improvement related to delegated authority arrangements.
  • •Manage contract negotiation, implementation, and ongoing monitoring to ensure contractual, regulatory, and compliance obligations are met.
