Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert on Certinia (FKA FinancialForce) PSA, including core features and related integrations.
  • •Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements; own requirements gathering, feature design, documentation, and end-user testing.
  • •Optimize PSA with a design-led mindset in partnership with Services & Education Strategic Operations; define enhancements and support ongoing maintenance.
  • •Maintain a holistic view of processes, users, and data flows to anticipate impacts of configuration updates, workflow changes, and reporting requirements.
  • •Validate software quality through functional testing, collaborate to resolve defects, and communicate current-state/future-state PSA processes and architecture.
