Project Controller

Own project control for construction and project management work, ensuring contracts and budgets are followed. Provide financial planning, reporting, compliance, and “internal auditor” support for subcontract execution. Drive value engineering and change order impacts, manage handover financial/accounting deliverables, and perform risk assessments. Support programme updates and deliver monthly progress and cost reporting to the Project Director, client, and contractors while ensuring alignment with AECOM procedures and project management plans.
