Job Summary

Support commercial decision-making for the DACH & Netherlands region by translating financial data into actionable insights. Partner with the Head of Finance on financial reporting, profitability/pricing analysis, commission and agency rebate processes, and month-end close reviews. Own monthly management reporting packages, Budget vs Forecast vs Actual variance analysis, and KPI dashboards using Planful and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Drive finance transformation through automation, improved Excel modeling, structured reporting, and AI-enabled process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary analytical support to the Head of Finance for commercial business partnering across the DACH & Netherlands region, enabling timely decisions.
•Analyze commercial performance and prepare financial analyses, recommendations and decision support for pricing, profitability, customer performance and rebates.
•Support monthly financial close via analytical P&L and Balance Sheet reviews, and manage the regional sales commission process including data validation and accrual support.
•Own monthly regional management reporting packages, including Budget vs Forecast vs Actual variance analyses, management commentary, and KPI/dashboard maintenance.
•Drive finance transformation through automation, standardisation, improved Excel modeling, structured reporting solutions, and AI-enabled process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
•Approximately 3-4 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Analysis, Business Controlling, Audit or Financial Controlling.
•Strong understanding of financial statements, commercial business drivers and financial analysis.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query, dynamic arrays, PivotTables and financial modelling.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
