Night Duty Manager

Lead overnight operations at a leisure centre, ensuring the facility stays safe, welcoming, and well-managed for visitors. Oversee opening/closing, complete overnight cleaning, run security and safety checks, and respond to accidents, incidents, and emergencies while maintaining calm. Support and train the operational team, monitor service standards, and take action to keep customer experience high. Full-time hours run 8pm–8am, Monday to Sunday.
