Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations, configuration, and administration of enterprise IT security tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, SWG, VPN, DLP, and mail gateways.
  • •Proactively monitor security infrastructure performance, health, and availability; identify and resolve technical issues or anomalies.
  • •Perform lifecycle maintenance such as updates, patches, upgrades, and configuration fine-tuning to keep systems secure and current.
  • •Conduct audits and compliance assessments of security tools, and review security logs to detect patterns or anomalies for potential breaches.
  • •Evaluate and deploy new security tools via PoCs, maintain security documentation/SOPs, and provide training and technical support to end-users and IT teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • •4+ years of professional experience in a cyber security role focused on IT security operations, administration, and maintenance.
  • •Deep understanding of network and system security concepts across Windows and Linux, plus application security.
  • •Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, VPN, SWG, CASB, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.
  • •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to independently diagnose and resolve complex security tool issues.
