Laser Test Engineer

Own laser/camera test activities in production to ensure high-quality system output. Maintain end-to-end test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system checkouts and acceptance through component-level validation. Build and refine test work instructions for technicians in MES, develop failure-mode libraries, and develop software for test automation, data analytics, and report generation. Troubleshoot complex infrared issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams to support returns and improvement.
