Key Responsibilities

  • •Own demand-supply balancing and demand-at-risk insights across the 0–36 month SIOP horizon for a value stream.
  • •Set and maintain planning guardrails, manage mid-term critical exceptions, and drive solutions to close supply-demand gaps.
  • •Manage capacity vs. demand, ensure production schedule adherence and on-time, in-full delivery, and create the consensus supply plan.
  • •Lead a team of Network Schedulers/MPS planners for the 0–3 month window and collaborate with buyers, material planners, and order managers.
  • •Conduct scenario planning, audit planning parameters, track supply/inventory performance metrics, update FG inventory targets and policies, and initiate improvement action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably an MBA or a Masters in Supply Chain/Operations or Engineering.
  • •10+ years of supply chain management and planning experience for a global or multi-plant industrial company.
  • •Experience leading people and managing complex material flows across multi-tier manufacturing and distribution networks.
  • •Working knowledge across planning, execution, procurement, and plant operations, with the ability to influence end-to-end processes.
  • •Strong analytical ability to interpret large volumes of data; CPIM certification is a plus.
