Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, test, and refine AI agents and prompt logic within the platform.
  • •Map current-state clinical workflows and design future-state workflows that incorporate AI agents and automation.
  • •Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for health system customers, conducting structured discovery and defining success criteria.
  • •Drive change management: timelines, stakeholder alignment, training sessions, rollout plans, and adoption tracking.
  • •Partner closely with engineering and product teams to refine, prioritize, and ship improvements.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in product deployment or product management within complex technical platforms.
  • •Ability to design, configure, and deploy AI workflows and agents within a platform.
  • •Experience engaging with clinicians, operations leaders, and IT teams in healthcare settings is a plus.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and change-management skills.
  • •Willingness to travel to client sites; SF/NYC preferred.
