•Build proactive talent pipelines across Product, Engineering, Corporate, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and other business functions.
•Conduct market mapping to identify target companies, talent pools, and competitive landscapes.
•Research talent markets, competitor companies, and talent pools.
•Build market intelligence to inform recruiters and hiring leaders with insights, competitive intelligence, and hiring trends.
•Leverage data and market intel to develop recommendations for feeder companies, schools, and candidate backgrounds, including executive and hard-to-fill searches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•0–4 years of experience in a professional environment, with a preference for recruiting research, sourcing, executive search, or a related analytical role (relevant internships count).
•Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries, functions, and talent markets.
•Excellent research skills with strong attention to detail.
•Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns to improve sourcing strategies.
•Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
